MGM Energy has an easy and fast 3 step process to recruit candidates interested in being part our team:

     1. Career Pathways

Find an open position in the of the following departments that best fits you:

• Administration
• Production (Weatherization, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Insulation)
• Marketing
• Outreach
• Service 

     2. Apply for position 

When applying for an open position you will need to attached a resume. After the job position window has close, our hiring staff we review candidates applications. If the hiring manager feels you meet the job requirements, you will be asked for to an interview.

     3. Interview

The hiring manager, along with other key team members, will conduct the interview. For some positions, you are required to undertake additional testing. If you are the chose candidate for the position, you will be contacted to discuss further details of the job offer.
